Job Description:

Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

Key Responsible Areas-

Generate & manage leads through inbound Existing customer calls Cold calling, from channel partners, generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business. Tracking sales calls & making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate leads about the products/solutions. Effectively communicating with Existing & New Clients & channel partners from the provided database. Uphold relationships with leads to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met. Constantly seek new ways to make products more attractive to current and prospective leads Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experiences:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Channel Management/Sales or Marketing Coordination with a Software or IT Service company.

Payroll HR software knowledge will be a big advantage

UG: Any (IT background is preferable)

PG: MBA Sales /Marketing (Not Mandatory)
