Employee can apply for online resignation via AmigoHR with simple clicks. It manages the entire resignation process. He can fill the request form and track the status for the same on the same screen.

Notice Pay/ Recovery

This is the sub title

An employee is meant to serve a notice period after resignation it might be 30, 60 or 90 days depending upon the probationary / Confirmed, Incase if the employee denies to serve the Notice period, then recovery of the amount which simply means that the employee has to pay in case of leaving the organization before the end of the notice period. In fact, the amount is directly deducted from the earning components of the employee. But if the employee serves the notice period completely then he is liable to get the pay for the same after the full n final settlement period AmigoHR helps you track these details whether an employee has served the period or not. Calculations are been accordingly made.

Salary Hold & Release

After employee resignation, the notice period that he serves the salary for that particular period is been kept on hold. It is also been released after the tat set by organization is called as full and final settlement.

Leave Encashment

AmigoHR serves you with a feature where it is been automatically calculated as per the leave policy that how much leaves an employee has earned and out of this for how many leaves he had applied for. If there are any earned leaves left during resignation, he can apply for encashment through AmigoHR
