Also, its in the hands of the organization to whom the rights should be given to rate an employee performance It can be SELF, Regional Manager, Head Of Department, Human Resource Head, Peers & Subordinates / Final Reviewer
Action On Appraisal
Once the ratings are been given by the Final Reviewer then the reports and final action is been generated and the same reports are been shared with the desired departments for further action over it. This complex task is been carried out by our AmigoHR.
Appraisal Closed
Once the action over appraisal is done by the management hierarchy then the status stands closed after a certain period. You can easily set a opening and closing or start or end dates for the appraisal
